Shipping policy

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Some products on our store are offered as pre-orders or limited release drops. Estimated shipping timelines for these items will be stated directly in the product description.

  • Estimated dates are projections and may shift due to manufacturing or transit delays.

  • If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may ship once all items are available. In some cases, we may split the shipment at our discretion.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

International Orders & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the order reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Changes & Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or redirect the package. Packages returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for resending.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us and we’ll resend it.
